I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Making the appointment was incredibly simple. Christi was so helpful and friendly. It immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional and customer focused company. Robert took the time to thoroughly explain the quote, and I found the pricing to be reasonable. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained - no surprises. One of the things that stood out to me most is that this is a veteran-owned company that employs veterans. That means a lot to me, and it’s something I truly value and support. One of my top criteria when choosing a service company is how I’m treated during the initial call and follow ups, they really exceeded my expectations. RWB came out the same morning I called! Andrew and Bryce did an great job. I needed a breaker replaced in a very old breaker box that parts are no longer made for. They fixed it so that I have hot water until a new box is installed. They spotted a dangerous fire hazard and fixed that too. I highly recommend this company.
